Precautions for hollow fiber components
Jan 03, 2026| Regarding precautions, users need to select the appropriate membrane material (e.g., PVDF for oxidation resistance, PES for high temperature resistance) and filtration mode based on fluid characteristics. During operation, temperature (typically 5℃-45℃), pressure, and flow rate must be controlled to avoid membrane fiber contamination or breakage. Regular cleaning (e.g., backwashing, chemical cleaning) can extend module life. Furthermore, the membrane fibers should be kept moist during storage to prevent drying and shrinkage deformation.
We currently have similar products in stock, such as column-type ultrafiltration membranes made of PVDF material, with an effective membrane area of 77㎡, supporting full-flow/cross-flow filtration, and an operating temperature range of 5℃~45℃. Please contact us for more information.
